SHIPPING POLICY

Hair Extensions Poise through our esteemed business partner ships worldwide via UPS / DHL / FedEx / Royal Mail.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Processing Time

The processing time is the time we need to process your shipment after we receive your order and physically dispatch it. This can range up to usually 3 business days (not including the weekends and major holidays, for our office and our business partner's local office.)

Please note that the processing time may be longer if your personal shipping details are wrong, or your address is undeliverable, or other unexpected issues come up. In that case, we will contact you within 5 business days of being notified of an issue through the shipping carrier (not including the weekend and holidays.)  Please note that you will be responsible for any fees for any errors due to being given the wrong information, and or if the shipping carrier states that your address is not correct or is non-deliverable. This includes yet is not limited to having to be sent a completely new product, due to address errors. 


* Shipping Time may vary due to unexpected factors, such as bad weather, public holidays, covid or other disease policies, etc. We appreciate your kind understanding for any possible inconvenience.

About Tax

  1. If customs duties are imposed in the recipient’s country/region, the taxes will be paid by the purchaser or customer.

  1. The cost incurred due to the buyer’s delivery delay or address modification shall be borne by the buyer.

  1. Please note that we have a no refund and no exchange policy. The buyer or client needs to pay for the cost incurred due to the buyer's cancellation or return of the order halfway for personal reasons, within 1 hour of purchase, after that our no exchange, no cancellation and no refund policy goes into effect, within 1 hour of purchase. 


About Shipping Insurance Fee 

  1. You can purchase Shipping Insurance Fee to get a faster re-shipment and refund if your package is lost, stolen, damaged in transit with a courier within 30 days.

  1. If your order is cancelled within one hour of purchase, the insurance cost will be refunded to your original payment account. After 1 hour of purchase, the insurance cost is not going to be refunded.


Additional Notes

  1. The local logistics/local shipping carrier delivers packages during business days (Monday to Friday not including local holidays). Therefore, to ensure your parcel will be delivered to you safely and punctually, please provide your shipping address where the package can be received during these hours. Please make sure your phone is on and is working, because the shipper might contact you via phone.

  1. Some shipping services may need the customer's signature to complete the delivery. Once we ship the product to the address you indicated through the purchase, we will not be responsible for any delivery issues, nor for any damage, loss or theft of the package. Therefore, please make sure that you or an authorized person are at the delivery address, and please ensure you are in communication with the shipper carrier, via their customer service department, regarding anything having to do with package delivery.


NO REFUND/NO EXCHANGE/NO RETURN POLICY ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON NEGOTIABLE

To that regard you and the quality you experience with your purchase is of utmost importance. With that said, we are dedicated to providing you with the best possible hair experience. We will make it our priority to respond to customer inquiries within 48 business hours (not including weekends or holidays.) Hence, in the interest of your safety, health and hygiene; including that of our staff and all of our clients we have a strict, non negotiable, no refund/no exchange/no return policy. Having this policy in place, not only protects you and all of our esteemed and most valued clients, it also helps us to keep costs down, while ensuring that you experience good quality and service with your purchase. This is our commitment to you, and we appreciate your understanding and patience. It is understood that once you have placed an order with us, it is with that non negotiable policy in place. Order Cancellation Exception
If you want to cancel your order, please reach out to our Customer Care team within one hour of placing the order via email only. The email should have the title CANCEL MY ORDER.
Please note that we are not able to cancel orders after 1 hour of purchase. Please include in your email your time zone and the time the order was placed. The time stamp on the email will help us to determine if the order was cancelled within 1 hour.  We cannot put through a cancellation without these details and the no refund policy remains in effect. After 1 hour of purchase our no refund, no return, no exchange policy goes into effect. If the order has shipped, our no refund policy is in place and stands. We do not honor refunds/returns/cancellations/exchanges of our products that have already shipped. Once an order has been shipped any address changes need to be made with the carrier and is no longer our responsibility.


Order Placed No Package Received:

Please send us an email stating such so we can then reply to you with the tracking number and the shippers name, you can then call the shipping carrier to ask about the status and whereabouts of your package. Once the package has been shipped our no refund/no exchange/no return policy stands. Again any address changes once an order has been shipped, needs to be done with the carrier not through us.  Emails with this title please give a minimum of 48 business hours (not including weekends and holidays to reply.)

*Please do not send packages to us nor our esteemed vendor (without permission), all packages will be disposed of unopened and put in the rubbish that do not request prior permission before sending.
